AIDA survey on chronic gastritis

Welcome to this survey designed to investigate the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of citizens in relation to the implication of chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa, and to investigate which information channels are best to inform people related to this topic.

The gastric mucosa is a layer of mucous membrane found in the stomach. This lining is found on the inner surface of the stomach, along with the glands and gastric pits. Chronic (long-term) inflammation of this lining is also known as chronic gastritis, which can occur for several different reasons, and it is a risk factor for gastric ulcers (sores) and gastric tumors that may or may not be cancerous.

This survey organised by Digestive Cancers Europe (DiCE) as part of the AIDA project. DiCE is an umbrella organization representing nearly 40 national patient organizations across Europe. Our mission is to contribute to early diagnosis, decreased mortality from digestive cancers, and increase overall survival and quality of life. The AIDA project aims to develop and validate an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered assistant that will support clinicians in gastric cancer prevention by diagnosing precancerous gastric inflammation and suggesting personalized therapeutics and monitoring.

This survey is anonymous, meaning no personal identifiers will be captured. All data will be pooled and analysed together.

By clicking continuing, you accept that the data you provide by entering this survey will be processed by DiCE. By participating and clicking next, you agree with the privacy policy. At any moment, you can withdraw your consent by closing the survey.
